From Vision to Reality: Syukrie's Journey with the Social Sustainability Leadership Forum

Syukrie achieved a significant milestone which is to organise the inaugural Social Sustainability Leadership Forum at SUSS within a remarkably short timeframe of three months. This ambitious undertaking presented numerous challenges, requiring him to develop crucial skills such as leadership, teamwork, and adaptability.

"Planning an event of this scale within such a tight timeframe was incredibly challenging," Syukrie recalls. "There were inevitable disagreements and unforeseen challenges. However, through effective communication and collaboration with my team, and with the invaluable support of our facilitators and Student Life staff, we were able to overcome these obstacles and successfully execute the forum."

This experience fostered valuable skills within Syukrie, including the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, lead decisively under pressure, and develop foresight and strategic thinking.
