Nicole has been an early childhood educator for more than 30 years. Throughout her career, she has held various roles such as centre leader, curriculum specialist, and district manager. She finds great fulfilment in supporting teachers on their learning journey, witnessing their professional growth in teaching and learning practices, and ultimately seeing the positive impact on the children.

Her dedication to early childhood education extends to her passion for incorporating music into the preschool sector. She has inspired many teachers to integrate ukulele playing into their classrooms thus enriching the learning environment with music.

Currently, Nicole serves as a Lead Pedagogist in the English Curriculum and Professional Development Team in NTUC First Campus. In this role, she works collaboratively with Center Leaders and Cluster Quality Managers to uplift teaching practices through coaching at the centres, continually striving to enhance the quality of education for young learners.
