Professor Wong Yue Kee is Vice President (Learning Services) of Singapore University of Social Sciences, Singapore. He is responsible for strategic directions, services and infrastructures related to teaching and learning at the University. He has directed initiatives in online learning and digital transformations relating to faculty and student services, and the digital library.
He oversees the Learning Services cluster which includes the digital content production, the learning systems and applications, the digital library and the online learning units. A Colombo Plan Scholar, he completed his graduate studies in the US with a MA in Decision Sciences from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a PhD in Information Systems from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor). He has held academic appointments at the National University of Singapore and the Singapore Management University before joining the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). Professor Wong leads in the development of eLearning strategies at the various Universities where he has held administrative appointments.
