Raymond Lo is a Stanford-educated engineer, ex-McKinsey consultant, and former Managing Director of a 600-staff multidisciplinary engineering consultancy in Singapore. He has over 30 years of senior regional management experience in the property & buildings, infrastructure & transportation, environmental, and power sectors and extensive private equity investment experience, ranging from early-stage start-ups to pre-IPOs and buyouts in Asia. He has lived and worked in Singapore, Hong Kong, Mainland China, and the US.

As a corporate leader, Raymond has a proven track record in change management, team building, strategic planning, client and service development, and implementing financial controls and operational processes to drive business performance. He has successfully turned around and built up two business operations in China and Singapore.

Raymond is passionate about coaching and empowering aspiring professionals to achieve their career and life goals. He holds a Master’s in Management from SUSS, specialising in Professional Life Coaching, and is a certified career practitioner in Singapore. His specialities include executive/life coaching, skills development, and experiential learning.

Raymond is an Associate Faculty and Career Mentor at the Singapore University of Social Sciences.
