Having spent the first 5 years of her working life as an engineer in the Semiconductor industry, Sarah rediscovered and pursued her passion in people relationship and management. She moved on from an engineer to the Human Resource field and had implemented various policies for a headcount of 1600 and helping to meet the company’s various needs. As an avid hiker, Sarah believes that with determination and perseverance, one can achieve the goals set out. Her eventual career goal is to work with the younger generations in developing and mentoring young adults with values and skills to be a more self-reliant and useful person for the society.
