Sunil Rai is a corporate lawyer and senior partner at Dentons Rodyk & Davidson LLP - a full service large law firm in Singapore. He heads the Corporate Practice Department and also the Venture Capital and Emerging Entities practice group in the firm. He has been working with various VCs and startups for 20 years and has helped provided guidance to various startups at SUSS and Blk71 for several years. Sunil also volunteers as a mediator, grassroots leader and director at non-profit organisations.

He has a passion for assisting founders, early stage entities and investors across their entire life-cycle and across various verticals.
