Kian Beng is a multipotentialite who embraces life's challenges with enthusiasm. He envisions a society that is equitable, where every business integrates a social mission. With extensive experience as a programme and conversation designer, Kian Beng uses experiential and playful approaches to engage people in highly interactive, minds-on activities. 

He is a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator and holds a Specialist Diploma in Applied Drama and Psychology in Youth Work. Currently pursuing accreditation with the International Coaching Federation, he is also a trained para-counsellor, providing mental wellness support to youths and peers. Additionally, he serves as a main committee member and secretary of the Nee Soon South Mental Well-being Committee.
