Hello, I’m Weiping! I have been an instructor with the School of Business for over a decade. My bachelor's degree was in English Literature because I had a great fondness for humanities subjects and the arts when younger. Then I fell in love with the service profession, received an MBA and have continued a career in hospitality since. 
 
I fully believe in supporting individuals to thrive by providing a warm, positive, and inclusive learning environment. We can find encouragement by building trust and mutual understanding through respectful, non-judgmental communication. We can’t always overcome life’s hurdles all by ourselves. Oftentimes, speaking out helps us articulate our thoughts, brings clarity, and widens our perspective, which benefit us. 
 
Some fun facts about me are that I devote my weekends to serving non-profit organisations, love watching detective shows, enjoy practising yoga, and like listening to guitar music!
