Lifelong Education Advancement Pass (LEAP)
The Lifelong Education Advancement Pass (LEAP) scheme is a gateway for Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) graduates to continue their learning journey beyond graduation. It provides access to curated opportunities that support ongoing development, helping individuals to stay relevant and grow with confidence in a changing world.
The LEAP scheme is available to all eligible SUSS graduates from Bachelor's, Master's, Doctoral and PhD programmes who have not fully utilised the ACE+, ACE, Resilience or PACE scheme. Eligible graduates will each be entitled to two free selected CET Postgraduate (PG) modular courses (up to 10 credit units) to be taken over the graduate’s lifetime. These CET PG modular courses are stackable towards the relevant certificate(s) or qualification(s) of the university’s graduate programmes, subject to prevailing rules and regulations.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. I am an active programme student. Am I eligible to take up courses under CET?
Active programme students are not eligible to apply for courses under CET.
However, if you are graduating in the current semester and would like to register for CET courses in the following semester, you may write to Student Services and seek approval from your Head of Programme (HoP). Once approved, please forward the approval email to [email protected] and we will assist you with the CET course registration.
2. I already have an active programme student account. Why do I still receive an email regarding a CET student login account?
Even if you already have an active programme student account, a separate CET student account will be created for your enrolment into the CET course, as CET and programme students are managed separately. As such, you will be required to manage two student accounts during the semester.
Please note that all communications, course materials, and assessments related to your CET courses will be accessible only through the CET student account.
3. Do I need to use my CET student account while taking CET courses? Will these courses appear in my regular student programme account?
Yes, CET courses are accessible only though your CET student account. You are required to use this CET account to access student portal, Learning Management System (LMS) and receive announcements and notices related to the course. Your CET courses will not appear in your programme student account.
4. I have graduated from SUSS much earlier and was not eligible or have not claimed the two free courses under the previous schemes such as ACE+/ ACE/Resilience/PACE. Will I still be eligible for the LEAP scheme?
Yes, the LEAP scheme is open to all SUSS graduates from Bachelor's, Master's, Doctoral and PhD programmes. There is no time limit imposed on the validity of the LEAP scheme for eligible graduates.
5. My ACE+/ACE/Resilience had expired in 2024 and I have only claimed 5 credit units. Am I still eligible to claim the two free courses under the LEAP scheme?
ACE+/ACE/Resilience/PACE and LEAP schemes are mutually exclusive. If you have already claimed 5 credit units under one of the previous schemes, you will only be allowed to claim the remaining one free course (5 credit units) under the LEAP scheme.
6. I have previously claimed 2 undergraduate/postgraduate modular courses under ACE+/ACE/Resilience/PACE scheme. Will I be eligible for the 2 free CET modular courses under the LEAP scheme?
No, you will not be eligible for the LEAP scheme as you have already utilised all your free courses under ACE+/ACE/Resilience/PACE scheme.
7. How many seats are available for each course under the LEAP scheme?
A limited number of seats based on quota will be made available for each course in a semester. Seats will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
