Lions Befrienders x SUSS study on senior volunteerism: The motivations and barriers  (Principal Investigator, PI)

• Interviewed senior volunteers and non-volunteers regarding their motivations to be a volunteer and the barriers preventing them from wanting to volunteer
• Facilitated focus group discussions with senior volunteers and non-volunteers
• Analysed both qualitative and quantitative data

Research consultancy with Ain Society on how centre design affects young cancer patients

• Collaborated with Ain Society on a qualitative study to interview cancer patients on how centre design affects their quality of life and response to treatment
• Consulted with social workers to develop the methodology, ethics approval, etc.
• Assisted with qualitative data analysis

Project DIAN (Home-based support for Malay families with children 6 years old or less living in rental blocks): January 2023-February 2024

• Interviewed pairs of volunteers about their experiences in working with these families.
• Collaborated with early childhood education colleagues to create a preliminary report on the formative evaluation of the Project DIAN Pilot
