在企业的日常经营与管理中，我体会到一套系统、专业的管理知识对企 业发展至关重要。为了紧跟行业变化、精进团队与运营管理能力，我选择修读中文管 理学硕士项目，希望能把多年的经验沉淀为体系化的能力。这段学习经历让我收获颇 丰，实现了我的愿望：课堂上的案例研讨与小组作业，让我接触到多元视角，沉淀了 深度思考的能力，也获得了许多可落地的实操启发。多门核心课程都令我受益匪浅， 其中《服务创新与卓越》这门课尤其让我印象深刻，课堂内容不断激发我的创新思路 与优化想法。我也试着将所学知识与灵感付诸实践，优化了企业的服务流程与运营体 系。回望这段旅程，我更真切地感受到了该项目的价值。也愿更多同学能在这里成长 精进，成为专业的管理者，同时成就更好的自己。

In the daily operations and management of enterprises, I have come to realize that a systematic and professional set of management knowledge is crucial for enterprise development. To keep pace with industry changes and improve team and operational management capabilities, I chose to pursue a Master of Science in Management, hoping to distill my years of experience into a more systematic set of skills. This learning experience brought me immense gains and fulfilled my aspirations: case studies and group assignments in class exposed me to diverse perspectives, cultivated my ability for deep thinking, and provided many practical inspirations. Many core courses were particularly beneficial, with "Service Innovation and Excellence" being especially memorable, constantly inspiring my innovative thinking and optimization ideas. I put my knowledge and inspiration into practice, optimising company's service processes and operational systems. In retrospect, I have a deeper appreciation for the value of this program. I hope that more students can grow and improve, becoming professional managers and achieving a better version of themselves.
