Degree and Transcript
The degree certificate and official transcript are important documents. It is advisable that the documents be collected in person. Graduates who are unable to collect their degree certificates and transcripts personally, and do not intend to attend Convocation, can authorise a proxy to do so.
- Self-Collection at Student Services Office - Please bring along your NRIC/Valid residency pass in Singapore or Student Card for verification.
- Collection by Proxy - The proxy must present the authorisation form signed by the student, the proxy's NRIC/Valid residency pass in Singapore, and a copy of the student’s NRIC/Valid residency pass in Singapore or student card.
Notes:
- Collection will cease from 02 October 2026 to facilitate Convocation preparation and will resume on 26 October 2026.
- Degree certificate and official transcript will be withheld for graduates with outstanding fees. Please contact Student Services if you require financial assistance.

Digital Degree Certificate and Official Transcript
A digital degree certificate and official transcript in OpenCerts format will be issued to graduates. Graduates will receive a separate email notification, along with their OpenCerts documents, via their SUSS email account once they are ready.
- Students whose degrees were conferred in March/April 2026 would have received their graduation documents in March/April 2026.
- Students whose degrees are conferred in August 2026 will receive their graduation documents in August 2026.
