Online Registration and Submission of Guest Details

For information on registration and submission of guest details, please refer to the email sent on 10 August 2026 to your MyMail account.

Online Order for Rental of Academic Regalia

You may log in to the Serangoon Broadway portal to place your order for the rental of your academic regalia.

Please refer to the ceremony code provided in the email sent to you in August when completing your order.

Collection of Academic Regalia

Please collect your Academic Regalia from:

Serangoon Broadway Studio

Date: 2 - 27 September 2026

Time: 10.00am to 8.00pm

Important Note: The studio is closed on

Mondays and all Public Holidays.

Withdrawal

If you would like to withdraw your attendance due to unforeseen circumstances, please send a written notice of withdrawal to [email protected].

In the email, please include your full name, PI number, programme, and contact number and indicate the subject header as "Withdrawal of Attendance".

Entry to the hall

Please ensure you are in your academic regalia before lining up to enter the hall.

Please present the graduation card collected during gown collection for verification and admission. Once your attendance has been recorded, the counter staff will provide you with your seat number.

You may then proceed into the hall and take your seat.

Collection of Degree and Transcripts

Graduates attending the Convocation ceremony can collect their degree certificates at the registration counter on the day of the ceremony.

Please note that a nominal fee applies for additional copies of transcripts. To request for your transcript, login to SUSSConnect under eServices, you can contact the Alumni Relations Department at [email protected] for any alumni related enquiries. If you have forgotten your user ID or password, please email your full name and PI number to [email protected].

For Non-Attendees

Note: There will be no certificate collections during the physical Convocation 2026 Ceremony planned from 13 to 15 October 2026.

The collection dates are from 29 October to 27 November 2026 at the Student Service counter at Block C, Level 1. The opening hours are from 830am to 530pm (Monday to Friday).

Please look out for more information from [email protected], Student Portal and Student Services Telegram Channel (@StudentServicesSUSS) at a later date regarding the collection of certificates for non-attendees.

If you are authorising someone to collect on your behalf, please complete the authorisation form and advise the authorised person to bring along the form and other required documents.

To request an additional hardcopy transcript, please log in to SUSSConnect and navigate to eServices > Request for Transcript.

Each additional hardcopy transcript is charged at S$10.90 (inclusive of GST). Payment must be made at the point of submission. Applicable mailing charges will also apply.

Requests are typically processed within 5 to 7 working days.

If you require assistance with your SUSSConnect login, please email [email protected] with your full name and PI number to request a password reset.

Return of Academic Regalia

Please note that if the academic regalia is returned after 4 November 2026, the deposit of $150 will be forfeited.

Complimentary Stage Photo

The complimentary stage photo will only be available for collection at Serangoon Broadway Studio from 23 October 2026 onwards.
