Graduates' Guest Guide
If you or your guests require special assistance at the Convocation ceremony, please inform us by emailing [email protected] by 6 September 2025 so that we can make the necessary arrangements for your attendance.
Graduates with disabilities or special needs who require any accommodation or access services may email [email protected] for assistance.
As the Convocation ceremony is a solemn occasion, guests are requested to remain seated throughout the ceremony to maintain the dignity of the event.
Guests are requested to remain seated throughout the ceremony to avoid intermingling and to ensure a clear path for graduates as they proceed to and from the stage.
An official photographer has been engaged to take photographs of graduates during the presentation on stage.
A complimentary stage photograph will be given to graduates when they return their Academic Regalia at Serangoon Broadway Studio.
Note: The complimentary stage photo is only available for collection at Serangoon Broadway Studio.
Photographs and videos taken during the event may be used for publicity purposes.
Please note that complimentary parking is not available for the Convocation ceremony. Public parking options are available nearby, and for your convenience, we recommend using parking lots closest to the venue.

Only guests with a Guest Admission Card will be admitted into the Convocation ceremony. Infants in arms do not require an invitation.
Upon arrival at the venue, guests should proceed to the guest entry queue and present their admission card to the usher on duty. The usher will exchange the admission card for an entry sticker.
After collecting the sticker, guests may enter the hall and will be directed to their seats. Please follow the instructions of the ushers at all times.

- Graduates are to indicate the number of guest invitations (up to 3) when registering for their attendance between 13 – 29 August 2025. Graduates may also ballot for additional guest invitations.
Note: Ballot results for additional guest tickets will be sent to graduates via email closer to the event date
- Guest Admission Cards will be issued to graduates when they collect their academic regalia at Serangoon Broadway.
- Only guests with a Guest Admission Card will be admitted to the ceremony.
- One card admits one guest only.
- Graduates and guests are to arrive at least one hour before the ceremony and register during their allocated time slot.
