Graduates' Guest Guide
This guide covers what your guests need to know for a smooth Convocation experience.

If the Suntec City car park is full, you may wish to use the following nearby public car parks, all of which are within approximately 5 minutes walk of Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre:
- Marina Square
- Millenia Singapore
Only guests with a Guest Admission Card will be admitted into the Convocation ceremony. Infants in arms or in prams do not require an admission card.
Upon arrival at the venue, guests should proceed to the guest entry queue and present their admission card to the usher on duty for verification. Once verified, guests may enter the hall.
Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are kindly requested to follow the ushers' instructions when entering the hall and taking their seats.
- Graduates are to indicate the number of guest invitations (up to 3) when registering between 10 – 28 August 2026. Graduates may also ballot for additional guest invitations. (Ballot results for additional guest tickets will be sent via email closer to the event date.)
- Guest admission cards will be issued to graduates when they collect their Academic Regalia at Serangoon Broadway.
- Only guests with a guest admission card will be admitted to the ceremony.
- One card admits one guest only.
- Graduates and guests are to arrive at least one hour before the ceremony and register during their allocated time slot.
