Synopsis
This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the concepts and practices of responsible Artificial Intelligence (AI) in business contexts. The course explores how organisations can deploy AI technologies ethically and sustainably while aligning them with organisational goals. Students will learn core principles of responsible AI such as fairness, accountability, transparency, explainability, and data privacy, and explore how these principles are applied across various business functions such as human resources and marketing. Through case studies and governance frameworks from Singapore and abroad, the course emphasises ethical decision-making, corporate responsibility, and stakeholder trust. At the end of this course, students will be equipped to evaluate and recommend responsible AI practices that balance innovation with ethical and sustainability considerations.
