Synopsis

ECE378 Inclusive Early Intervention Practices aims to enhance an educator’s role to facilitate meaningful learning and participation for all children and to establish partnerships with key personnel with reference to the local early intervention services. The course invites learners to reflect on their personal beliefs and insights of inclusion, a crucial first step to further understand diversity and inclusion. The course also seeks to equip learners with broadened perspectives of inclusion and deepen their knowledge in quality early childhood inclusive practices. Through the course, learners will apply the philosophies, practices and strategies of inclusion support that empower families and best meet the needs children with diverse needs.
