Synopsis

Businesses are experiencing shifting supply networks as global trade rapidly evolves, driven by geopolitical power shifts and policy changes. Along with accelerated digitalisation and greater sustainability demands, organisations are reevaluating how they conduct business and compete. INT320 The Geopolitics of Trade: Power, Policy and Supply Chains offers a strategic perspective on these transformations and helps students make sense of the interconnected dimensions of trade. Through discussions, case studies and real-world examples, students will learn to connect global trends with trade strategies and think critically about the future of global trade. This course equips students with thought leadership by encouraging critical thinking and provides a broader and multidisciplinary perspective on global trade.
