Synopsis

OTC302 Change Management for Industry Transformation course equips professionals with the essential skills and tools needed to effectively manage and lead organizational change in the face of industry disruption. The course explores the key drivers of change, such as technological advancements, market competition, and regulatory shifts, and introduces foundational change management concepts. Participants will gain an understanding of various change management frameworks and learn how to apply them in real-world scenarios to guide successful transformation processes. Additionally, participants will explore the role of unions in the change process and the strategies needed to foster cooperation and minimize conflict.
