FIN558 AI-Driven Entrepreneurship: Designing and Scaling a One-Person Venture equips students with the strategic frameworks and technical skills required to build a hyper-scalable business using artificial intelligence as the primary growth engine. Spanning the entire entrepreneurial lifecycle—from initial ideation and rapid prototyping to automated marketing and financial modelling—this course emphasises the rigorous, hands-on application of modern AI ecosystems. Participants will move beyond basic tool usage to deploy AI as a synthetic “co-founder,” learning to automate complex workflows, optimise decision-making, and unlock disruptive business models.
