Synopsis
The course provides students with the knowledge and skills required to conduct cross-border trade transactions in contemporary business environments. Students will learn the fundamental principles underpinning international trade operations including contractual arrangements, risk management, logistics coordination, payment mechanisms as well as dispute resolution. At the end of the course, students would be able to participate effectively in international trade activities and to support cross-border business operations in diverse market contexts.
