MIP515 Monetising Innovation delves into the strategic exploitation of intellectual property (IP) as a valuable business asset for generating new revenue streams and fostering partnerships. By examining an organisation’s internal and external IP landscape, students will develop a sound understanding of IP commercialisation strategies. Students will learn to evaluate IP assets, formulate effective commercialisation plans, and execute strategies to leverage IP assets for completive advantage and business growth.
