MSM517 AI 与数字化工作场所人才策略 (AI and Talent Strategy in The Digital Workplace) explores how artificial intelligence is reshaping the job market and career landscape in the digital economy, equipping students with the practical skills and strategic mindset needed to thrive as job seekers and professionals. Students develop hands-on competencies in AI-driven job search strategies, resume optimisation for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), AI-assisted interview preparation, and personalised AI competency roadmaps for career advancement. To strengthen these skills, the course also examines how organisations deploy AI in talent acquisition, workforce analytics, and hiring decision-making—giving students the employer’s perspective so they can navigate recruitment processes with greater confidence and precision.
