Synopsis

MSM518 人工智能时代的战略精益管理 (Strategic Lean Management in the Age of AI) provides a strategic framework for integrating the time-tested principles of Lean management with the disruptive power of artificial intelligence. Designed for postgraduate-level students, through classroom teaching, case study discussions, and Lean simulation games, this course explores how organisations can transition from traditional, reactive efficiency to a predictive excellence model in the age of AI. Students will learn to identify digital waste, leverage AI-powered process mining to visualise hidden value streams, and design self-correcting operational systems. The course emphasises the synergy between human-centric leadership and algorithmic optimisation, preparing future managers and leaders to architect agile, intelligent, and ethical organisations.
