Synopsis
SCM515 Formulating Solutions for Supply Chain Challenges aims to expose students to the technique of case study analysis, especially in supply chain management. The course discusses how to approach supply chain management problems and provides solutions. It helps students identify the problem, the data required for it, and the appropriate analysis to solve it. Various cases will be used to show how supply chain problems are solved using different approaches. It also aims to provide students with a broader international network to make connections and learn about new developments in supply chain management by attending overseas or local conferences or visiting companies.
