1. Please refer to the offer letter sent to you by email and follow the steps provided to accept your offer. You should then receive your MyMail and Student Portal log in details by email within 5 working days after acceptance and course fee payment.

4. Watch the Virtual Campus Tour to see what's available around the campus.

- For Full-Time Undergraduates: register your attendance at your respective School Dean's Briefing Locations based on your school-specific Programme Schedules (coming soon!).

Chat with SUSS Staff from various departments at Block D, Level 1, Performing Arts Theatre Foyer (PAT Foyer), and engage with exciting partner booths with product promotions. Discover the wide range of support and opportunities SUSS offers in academics, career development, well-being, and student life! While you're at it, collect 7 stamps from these booths and redeem a special gift!
4. Exclusive for PTUG, PG, SLAW, and CET students
- Complete an online quiz and redeem an exclusive SUSS Blue T-Shirt and SUSS Jacket at Block C, Level 1, Outside Starbucks at stipulated timings and be part of the SUSS community!

Be officially welcomed to SUSS alongside your fellow freshmen and your school faculty. Celebrate new beginnings, enjoy student performances as part of the National Day Observance Ceremony, and learn what it means to be part of a university for social good. - RAISE Party (5:30pm - 9:00pm)

5. Student Handbook
Familiarise yourself with important dates and university policies by reading the Student Handbook via Student Portal and referring to the links provided below.
- Student Handbook: You can find important information on SUSS's rules, regulations, policies and procedures in the Student Handbook, which is available in the Student Portal. Do take some time to read the Handbook after you receive the user ID and password to access the Student Portal.

6. Course Timetable
Check your course timetable via Student Portal.
- All updates on timetables will be communicated to students via the Student Portal. You are advised to log in to the portal regularly and before each class to check for the latest information.
- All sessions groupings are allocated by the system in a random order. We regret that any request to change will not be accepted. Failure to stay in the allocated group will result in difficulty in submitting your assignments.
- There will be either online pre-class, pre-course or both pre-class and pre-course quizzes scheduled for some courses as part of the course requirements. Please note that these quizzes are graded and that some of the quizzes will be scheduled in Week 0 with reference to the Academic Calendar. You are advised to complete the quiz by the stipulated deadline. Please access Canvas for more details before the semester commences.
- Students will be required to always carry their Student ID or any valid photo ID when attending classes at SUSS. Students may be asked to produce evidence to verify their student identity by either the instructors or SUSS staff. This is required for admittance to class and class attendance marking.
