About:
C-three offers free counselling, life coaching, and workshops to part/full-time students to promote wellness and resilience, facilitate personal development and discovery, and support students through various life transitions, such as:
- Adapting to university life (managing family-work life balance, assignments and deadlines)
- Managing motivation & emotions (mood, anxiety, procrastination, perfectionism, low motivation, fatigue, physical health)
- Relationship challenges (social challenges, romantic, family or marital relationships)
- Coping with crisis (bereavement and loss, separation, traumatic experiences)
- Seeking purpose and direction (personal growth, career decisions, self-discovery)

Core Learning offers various programmes to help enhance your English language skills. These include the English Proficiency Programme, Writing Coaches and Writing Workshops.
- English Proficiency (EP) Programme
The EP Programme consists of 5 self-paced courses comprising a diagnostic course and 4 language enhancement courses (LECs) that target different aspects of the language. Click here to learn more. - Writing Coaches
This coaching service is designed for students who need individualised help to improve their English writing skills, e.g., writing techniques, use of citations, etc. Coaching sessions must be booked in advance and are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Our suite of services include:
Canvas Learning Management System
- This is the Learning Management System (LMS), which you will use throughout your learning journey with us.
- Log in to access all course-related materials (e.g., the Study Guide, your lecturer’s PowerPoint slides, etc.) and announcements. This LMS also enables you to participate in online discussions and quizzes, submit written assignments, download marked assignments, and view your assessment scores.
- Attend live virtual classes and replay recordings of your lectures through the LMS.

iSmartGuide
- iSmartGuide (iSG) is a dynamic, award-winning personalised learning companion that transforms your study experience.
- This platform fosters interdisciplinary learning and provides AI-powered tools and features that support your study, such as AI Tutor, AI Quiz, AI Flashcard.

SUSS Backpack
- This mobile app offers essential learning services at your fingertips, including quick access to your class timetable, exam timetable, recorded Panopto & Zoom lectures, narrated presentation materials and past year exam papers
Zoom
- This is the video-conferencing platform used for all your online classes at SUSS.
- Engage with your instructor and participate in interactive lessons through features such as screen sharing, breakout rooms, polls, and chat.
- Access this tool from the left-hand menu of your Canvas course under the “Virtual Class” tab.
- Online lessons are recorded and will be available for your reference on the next working day.

Physical Library
SUSS Library is located at Block C.2.02. The opening hours are as follows:
During Academic Semester
Weekdays: 9:00am - 9:00pm
Saturdays: 9:00am - 5:00pm
During Semester Break
Weekdays: 9:00am - 5:00pm
The Library is closed on Sundays, Public Holidays and University Shutdown Days. There are study spaces, 5 discussion rooms and 2 call pods available in the library. Go to Library Facilities for more information.
Borrowing of Physical Resources
You can request for the loan of physical library materials via the Library's website and pick up the requested materials from the Smart Locker at Block C, Level 2 (C.2.02).

Document Delivery Service
If you are unable to locate journal articles or book chapters in SUSS Library, you can request them via our Document Delivery Service. You may request for:
- 10% or less of the total number of pages of a book; or
- one chapter of a book; or
- an article from an issue of a journal
Workshops
You are encouraged to attend the workshops conducted by the Library to develop your information and research skills. The recordings of the recent workshops and other videos are available in Panopto.

- Join The Library Now sessions held every last Tuesday and Wednesday of the month from 11:00am till 12:00pm at the library. During these sessions, you will get to find more about the library resources and have an opportunity to ask our librarians all your library-related questions.
