Career Development Coaches are equipped with many years of professional and industry experience.

Students are highly encouraged to leverage their insights into any career-related concerns including but not limited to:
  • Resume and Cover Letter Review (students must have completed Pit-Stops - Cover Letter and Resume)

Joyce Tan

Joyce has over 30 years of professional experience within the financial services, real estate and education industries, in Europe and in Asia. Her passion lies in creating impact for individuals in their career exploration journeys, through leveraging upon my professional expertise and industry exposure. As a certified career coach, she support and guide individuals in their opportunity creation journeys to attain their desired career aspirations and life purposes.

Jerry Yap

Jerry is an experienced HR practitioner and career coach. Passionate about student development growth, he believes in understanding each individual’s strengths, aspirations, and interests to help them navigate meaningful career pathways. Jerry supports students in building confidence, discovering their potential, and making informed career decisions to become the best version of themselves.

Raymond Lo

Raymond Lo is an Associate Faculty member and Leadership Coach at SUSS. Teaching across both undergraduate and graduate levels, Raymond is deeply committed to nurturing mature, purpose-driven leaders through experiential learning, coaching, and reflective education. Known for his calm and grounded presence, he creates an intentional space for individuals navigating complex personal and professional transitions. His approach empowers learners to identify their true priorities, navigate professional transitions, and move forward with a distinct purpose.

Tian Zhiyuan

Zhiyuan is a seasoned communications practitioner specialising in media relations, crisis management, and digital and marketing communications. He has more than a decade of experience working in various industries with diverse teams across the region. He is an advocate for lifelong learning and believes career mentoring is a two-way relationship. He finds fulfilment in working with students to guide them towards their ideal career role.

Geraldine Woo

With 18 years in education, Geraldine remains deeply committed to helping others discover purpose and belonging in their careers. Armed with a Master’s in Human Capital Management, she began her journey in Career Advisory, leading the Employer Engagement team at the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) before joining SUSS. Through her past experience of working with senior HR leaders across industries, she gained valuable insights into the recruitment lens, which now shape her coaching approach. Geraldine believes every career story is unique and that people thrive with the right support and opportunities.

Career Ambassadors

Career Ambassadors are students and alumni representatives who share peer insights and practical experiences to help students navigate career development and university resources. The career ambassadors form part of the career development support students will receive during their journeys at SUSS. 

Career Ambassadors are selected based on their professional readiness track records and their motivation to support their peers in the exploration of career journeys. 

Consultation slots with Career Ambassadors will be based on a referral basis by CD Coaches.

Abdul Hafiz Bin Aziz
Part-time Human Resource Management
Minor in Leadership
Abdul has been active in the employability space since 2018.

Leveraging his extensive experience in career and skills advisory, he is dedicated to empowering individuals through personalised guidance and driving impactful lifelong learning initiatives.
Ng Li Ting
Full-time Business Analytics
Li Ting has industry experience in consumer healthcare and marketing consulting.

She hopes to support peers during internship searches, boost their confidence, and help them feel more prepared during the application process.
Raven Tang Ki Wang
Full-time Information and Communication Technology 
Before matriculating in 2023, Raven worked at UOB in a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) role.

He completed his Work Attachment at Deloitte as a Software Developer and is always open to chat about tech, resumes, or anything else to support peers.
Aaron Chia Han Rong
Full-time Supply Chain Management
Aaron has experience across global supply chains, with exposure to operational and tactical roles supporting end-to-end source-to-customer activities. He completed his Work Study Degree internship with Robert Bosch GmbH.

He is passionate about leveraging technology to improve logistics efficiency and decision-making, and is proficient in SAP, Power BI, Power Query, Excel, macros, analytics, and Python.
Anton Ho Jia Bao
Master of Management (MMGT)
Anton graduated from SUSS with a BSc in Supply Chain Management with Distinction in 2024. He is also a recipient for the “Dream Dare Do” Study Award. He currently works in the shipping industry.

In this voluntary role of a career ambassador, he hopes to mentor and guide his peers on their journeys of searching for work opportunities in today's dynamic geopolitical situation.
Lien Hui Xuan
Full-time Information and Communication Technology
Hui Xuan is currently undertaking her work attachment at Synpulse as a Management Consultant Intern, and has prior internship experience at Allianz Insurance as a Business Strategist, Zurich Insurance as a Pricing Actuary and Accenture as a Technology Consultant.

She hopes to help you prepare for internships, or simply have a friendly chat at anytime!
Justin Tee Zheng Jie
Full-time Human Resource Management
With Talent Acquisition internships at Schlumberger and the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, and experience as Outreach Head of the Cross-Cultural Immersion Interest Group (CCI-IG), Justin has strong communication and language skills.

Having worked with candidates in the oilfield and aviation industries, as well as stakeholders from China and Japan, he is well-positioned to help students refine their career narratives through effective resume optimisation and interview preparation.
Kimberly Neo
Full-time Finance
Minor in Sustainable Business Practices
Kimberly gained experiences across valuation, consulting, and market advisory through internships at Kroll, Ernst & Young, Savills, and the Singapore Business Federation.

She hopes to help her peers by sharing her experiences on securing internships, adjusting to workplace expectations, and navigating school life, while being someone they can approach comfortably for guidance and support.
Daniel Ma Ziliang
Full-time Accountancy
Daniel has interned across a diversity of roles, including external audit, valuations and statutory reporting at Nexia, KPMG and Amazon.

Through these experiences, he gained exposure to different parts of the industry and hopes to share his insights and advice to help you better navigate your Professional Readiness Experience at SUSS, as well as to provide you with practical tips in job search and interviews.
Edwin Lim Wang Ying
Full-time Supply Chain Management
Edwin Lim is a MOE Singapore-Industry Scholarship (SgIS) recipient with Infineon Technologies. He completed his Work-Study Degree internship at Skyworks Global. A proven student leader, he served as Vice-Chairperson for Outdoor Adventure Interest Group.

He seeks to empower his peers by sharing insights on business acumen, industry expectations, career exploration, while encouraging a growth mindset and the courage to pursue new opportunities.
Joshua Tan Jyn Keet
Full-time Human Resource Management
Joshua's industry track records have taken him from admin and membership roles in the maritime industry during his polytechnic days, through to entrepreneurship in edtech, and now to championing HR and DEI through his own social enterprise. These diverse experiences have shaped how he thinks about people and purpose.

As a Career Ambassador, he hopes to help his peers to navigate their own paths with the same support and community that SUSS has provided him with.
Wong Chu Heng
Full-time Finance
Minor in Applied Economics
Through internships at Lenovo, Deutsche Bank and KPMG, Chu Heng built track records across corporate treasury, sustainable finance, and consulting.

As a career ambassador, Chu Heng wants to give back and to support his peers by sharing practical advice and encourage resilience, while helping them to navigate university life and internships with clarity, purpose, and greater confidence ahead!
Andrew Soh
Candidate for Masters in Management
Andrew Soh is a purpose-driven non-profit leader with the 365 Cancer Prevention Society (365CPS), where he advances community health, cancer prevention, and social impact initiatives.

Guided by servant leadership and adaptive management principles, he combines compassion with strategic clarity to empower teams and strengthen organisational sustainability.
Samuel Law Junkai
Founder of ARKVERSE
Before building technology, Samuel spent years mentoring young people, building family championing ground-up movements, and volunteering as a grassroots leader.

In SUSS, he served on the steering committee of the Social Sustainability Leadership Forum, he founded and led Peer Academic Study Support Advocacy Group, he also founded a ground-up social work students study group community and currently serves as a career ambassador.
