Dress professionally, maintain eye contact, and smile. Your presentation speaks volumes before you even introduce yourself. 

Take advantage of on-the-spot screening sessions and exploratory chats. Prepare answers for common interview questions and bring extra resumes.

Be open to unexpected roles. Your transferable skills might be the perfect fit for positions you hadn't considered.

Research companies beforehand and prepare your "career pitch" - a concise story about who you are and what you're looking for.

Show genuine interest by asking thoughtful questions about company culture, growth opportunities, and team dynamics.

Boot Camp 1: Mastering First Impressions (In-Person)

This bootcamp consists of two parts to provide a full-day immersive experience:

  • Morning Session: Creating Lasting Impressions (Facilitator: Ms Ghenglai Yip) - Build your professional brand, make powerful first impressions, and master strategic networking to accelerate your career. 

  • Afternoon Session: Creating Impactful Professional Image (Facilitator: Ms Kanako Mori) - Harness the power of colour, body language, and visual appearance to communicate confidence and achieve your desired impact.

Student registration will only open on 16 December.

No, but there are ample food options within Suntec City.​

No, this is an exclusive event for SUSS students and alumni only.​

All SUSS students and alumni seeking internships or full-time positions are strongly encouraged to attend.​ ​

In 2025, our career fair hosted over 100 employers.​

The full list of participating companies and slots will be released closer to the date via the same platform you used to register for the career fair. Employers will have access to your programme, year of study, skillsets, areas of interest and resumes. Once you have booked your slot(s), you can chat with employers in person on the day of our career fair, for exploratory chats or screening interviews. Slots are on a first-come, first-served basis. ​

The career fair is a great chance to meet companies you’re interested in and discover employers you might not have considered before, but who could be a great fit. Allocate sufficient time to talk to employers, attend speed interviews and participate in our fringe activities. ​

For Employers

The event will be held on 4 February 2026 (Wednesday) at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, Level 3, Summit 1 & 2, 1 Raffles Boulevard, Singapore 039593. Find out how to get to the venue here.​

Beyond the exhibition booths, employers will get a chance to host speed interviews for interested candidates in an adjourning room through a 1.5-hour session, where you can focus on screenings or exploratory chats. In the registration form, simply select the ‘YES’ option for speed interviews and we will follow up after your registration.​

Students will register their programme, year of study, skillsets and areas of interest on a platform where you have access to their profiles and resumes. From January 2026, they can book slots with you via the platform, after which you can chat with them in person on 4 February 2026, for exploratory chats or screening interviews in a 1.5-hour session. You can select the duration of each slot, e.g. 15-min or 30-min, and your preferred number of interviewees per slot (max. 6 pax).​

Employer registration opens from 30 October 2025 to 30 December 2025. You may register for the event here.

Registrations are reviewed on a rolling basis, and confirmation will be sent within 1–2 weeks of submission.

A non-refundable registration fee of $218 ($200 + GST) applies to each company upon confirmation of participation.

This event is organised for SUSS students and alumni and confirmed industry partners only.

‘Resilient’, ‘savvy’ and ‘hands-on’ are top adjectives our employers use to describe SUSS students. With an enrolment of over 15,000 across diverse disciplines, SUSS is a public university for social good. We deliver lifelong and industry relevant education, making our students highly desirable in various industries. SUSS has six schools offering 100+ programmes and courses: Human Development, Business, Humanities and Behavioural Sciences, Law, Science and Technology, and Social Work and Social Development. Our students include full-time and part-time undergraduates, and postgraduates.

Each employer will be allocated the following:​

  • A booth space with 1 table (1.8mL x 0.75mW x 0.74H) and 3 chairs​

  • You may bring one pull-up banner and corporate collaterals​

  • Afternoon tea, i.e. canapés​

  • Speed interviews (if you have opted in): 1 table, 6 chairs (students), 2 chairs (employers) in an adjourning room

Once your registration is confirmed and you have opted in for the speed interview segment, from January 2026, you will receive a separate email with instructions on setting up your company profile, speed interview preferences and relevant resources.  

Each employer can bring a maximum of three representatives for the booth and two representatives for the speed interviews.

You can set up your employer booth from 10 a.m. on the day of the event.

No, power supply will not be provided for individual booths. Charging points are only available outside the event halls, along the public areas of the Convention Centre. 

Due to the terms and conditions of the venue, we will not be able to accommodate such requests.

We will share the booth layout shortly before the event, during our employers’ briefing. More details will be released closer to the date.

All logistics deliveries can only be made on the event day (4 February 2026). Visitors are free to enter and exit Suntec Convention Centre from 0700 to 2359 hours. A company representative should be present to receive the goods, which can be sent to main exhibition hall: 1 Raffles Boulevard, Level 3 Summit 1, Suntec Convention Centre, S039593.

No, complimentary parking coupons will not be available.
