With over 15 years of experience, Benjamin has partnered with organizations to design and deliver leadership, culture transformation, and career resilience programs. His credentials span organizational culture consulting, NLP mastery, and innovation design, making him a trusted advisor for future-ready talent strategies. Lee Song Kwang is a highly qualified behavioural and career development professional with extensive expertise in psychometric assessments and strategic career planning. A Certified Career Services Practitioner (NCDA-USA), Knowdell Career Advisor, and Certified Behavioural Consultant, Lee is also an accredited WSQ trainer with the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP). He delivers SkillsFuture-recognised programs on behavioural profiling, career resilience, and communication, leveraging tools such as DISC, Enneagram, Knowdell Card Sorts, and Holland Code.
