Read full biography:Claire Ong is the co-founder and lead trainer of The Positive Movement, an organisation dedicated to enhancing well-being skills within organisations. With over 10 years of experience, Claire has designed and delivered experiential training programmes and consulting services globally, including in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China, Australia, New Zealand, and the USA. She holds a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and is deeply passionate about fostering greater self-awareness and effectiveness in individuals. |
Read full biography:Samantha Tang has over 20 years of clinical practice, previously working as a psychologist at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital. She has conducted workshops for staff at the Singapore Science Centre and Cherry Brooks Kindergarten, and she lectures on supporting children with special needs at ACC Institute of Human Services. Samantha is ACLP-trained and incorporates clinical hypnotherapy and trauma-informed strategies in her work. |
Read full biography:Li June is a credentialed Art Therapist who brings therapeutic art to diverse communities. She runs individual art therapy sessions and group workshops for students, fostering mindfulness and emotional well-being. As the Director of C-three in SUSS, she is passionate about helping people connect with themselves through creative expression. |
Read full biography:Quinn Lum Fu Loong (b.1993, Singapore) graduated from the School of Art, Design and Media with a BFA (Hons) in Photography and Digital Imaging. His works explore identity and social environment through auto-ethnography. Quinn has exhibited widely, won several awards including the Dominie Book Prize (SIPF Photobook Open Call 2018), and is known for using photography to provoke thought and foster connections. |

The Respectful Way Read full biography:Dr Aletheia Lee is an early years specialist and neuroscientist trained in psychology and physiology. She is a RIE® Associate for the Educaring® Approach and teaches in the ECE programme at SUSS. Her integrative practice combines brain, mind, body, and spirit perspectives, focusing on relational health and authentic connections. |
Read full biography:Ashley Yong (she/her) is an experienced facilitator specializing in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). With five years of experience, she has facilitated DEI conversations for over 2,500 participants in higher education and corporate settings. Ashley also consults with organisations on DEI practices, focusing on power dynamics, bias, and supporting stakeholders from marginalized identities. |
Read full biography:Rachel Nip is a performer, choreographer, and puppeteer based in Singapore. She is the Resident Teaching Artist at Singapore Repertory Theatre and facilitates theatre and movement programmes for children, youth, and adults. Her work includes engaging neurodiverse and disabled communities through SRT’s Inclusive Young Company and Special Education schools. Rooted in the belief that the arts can enhance well-being through connection with self and others, Rachel also trains teachers and families on integrating the arts and fostering the power of play in learning. |
