The future of work is here. As technology accelerates the shift toward skills-based work and fluid job structures, traditional pay systems built around job roles are struggling to keep pace. In view of this evolution, the entire spectrum of HR functions must adopt leading-edge models and progressive practices to stay competitive and relevant to the business.
In this SUSS Human Capital Insights webinar, Dr. Fermin Diez will explore how profound transformations are redefining both work design and reward strategies. Drawing from his latest research and professional practice, he will cover the rise of skills-based pay and why this recognition of the pay-for-skills/person principle may soon replace traditional job-based models. He will also demonstrate how AI and data analytics are enabling companies to make pay decisions based on clear evidence to truly drive employee motivation. Finally, he will demonstrate how organizations can cultivate a leadership mindset needed to design integrated reward systems by strategically balancing the pay mix (fixed, variable, non-monetary) to achieve the delicate balance between manpower cost, agility, and win the “war for talents”.
