On 1 August 2025, SUSS Boxing Interest Group (IG) hosted its first-ever Boxercise session at the Martial Arts Studios, Block 23. The event aimed to promote a healthy and active lifestyle while introducing students to the fundamentals of boxing in a fun and accessible manner.

The 90-minute session drew 30 participants, including many who were trying boxing for the first time. Led by SUSS Boxing member Jay Chua, with support from Hong Ren and Shi En, the session began with warm-ups and stretches, followed by an introduction to boxing stance, punches, and defensive moves.

Participants then partnered up for a series of fitness-based boxing drills, rotating between offensive and defensive roles. The workout combined boxing techniques with conditioning exercises, ensuring an engaging full-body fitness experience.

The event concluded with refreshments and a Q&A, allowing participants to reflect on their experience and learn more about SUSS Boxing IG. The positive energy and enthusiastic turnout highlighted a strong interest in having similar sessions in the future.
