Day 1: Taming AI with Structured Prompting & Human-in-the-Loop

Learners did not dabble, they explained core concepts of Generative AI, described ethical governance considerations, then applied structured prompting techniques (role, constraints, examples, stepwise instructions) to boost output quality. From Responsible use sessions, they evaluated AI-generated outputs for plausibility and credibility, building simple human-in-the-loop workflows that integrate review and decision accountability straight from ideation to business-ready decision support, turning hype into deployable edge.

Day 2: Articulating Value Propositions in Digital War Rooms

Learners explained core business management concepts for strategy/innovation in digital economies, then analysed short business cases to pinpoint trade-offs/decision points. Through case-based discussions, they evaluated alternatives using evidence, stakeholders, feasibility, applied simple strategy frameworks to articulate value propositions and strategic choices, and formulated decision briefs identifying critical data, metrics, and financial considerations.

Day 3: ESG Materiality & Stakeholder Mapping Mastery Sustainability

No fluff: learners explained foundational ESG concepts and their business value/risk implications, analysed ESG issues for stakeholders/impacts/trade-offs, and evaluated sustainability claims via reporting principles. Hands-on? They applied materiality and stakeholder-mapping to prioritise issues, then developed concise initiative outlines with objectives, measures, governance, and communication-transforming sustainability from buzz to boardroom weapons.

Thoughts Leadership: Learning Outcomes as Market Launch Codes

Dr Chris Woo captured the velocity: "It very was encouraging to see participants connect the dots across GenAI, strategy, and ESG – using each to strengthen the other and leaving with a more integrated way to lead and decide." Mr Rajesh Panda, Founder & Managing Director of Corporate Gurukul shared: "When learners evaluate AI outputs for credibility and formulate decision briefs with financial reasoning, industries gain purpose-driven operators ready to scale."
