SUSS Dragon Boat Builds on Strong Season with Gold at DB12 Kallang Sprints 2026

From 22 to 24 May 2026, the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) Dragon Boat Team competed at the DB12 Kallang Sprints 2026, building on the momentum from their season opener. Months of disciplined training, technical refinement, and collective effort culminated in the team delivering one of its strongest performances yet.

The team's progress was evident in their race timings, improving from over 30 seconds at the Century Race to an impressive 25.271 seconds in the mixed heats. This achievement reflected not only greater speed but also stronger teamwork, sharper race execution, and the countless hours invested in training both on and off the water.

DB12 Kallang Sprint Open – 2nd in Heats, 4th in Semi-finals
DB12 Kallang Sprint Mixed – 1st in Heats, 2nd in Semi-finals, 1st in Finals
