Faculty Welcome

Faculty Welcome, previously known as SoSEM (Start-of-Semester), is a biannual event hosted by Associates Management for all new faculty. The event is held before every new semester to:

• Provide incoming Associate Faculty and Full-time Faculty with a deeper understanding of the SUSS vision and core values
• Convey the direction and approach towards teaching at SUSS
• Communicate the avenues of support available for new faculty to create meaningful learning experiences for students
• Guide new faculty colleagues with classroom operations through a tech support clinic
• Be a platform for faculty to connect and network
