The ESG training for co-operatives is structured into three progressive levels: ESG 101 introduces co-op staff and members to the basics of ESG, highlighting both opportunities and risks in operations, climate change considerations, and the Singapore Green Plan, while providing a 5-step framework for implementation. ESG 201 targets co-op leaders and senior management, focusing on strategy development, governance, and integrating ESG into business operations through case studies and action planning. ESG 301 is designed for sustainability committees and ambassadors, offering advanced knowledge on global reporting standards, materiality assessments, governance frameworks, and decarbonisation, with hands-on exercises to create ESG strategies, reports, and work plans for effective operational management.

We engaged SUSS to customise sustainability training courses for our affiliated institutional members. We found these courses highly effective in transforming participants with no prior knowledge into confident and competent learners. The facilitators delivered structured and engaging sessions, making complex concepts easy to grasp and immediately applicable.
