Vision: To be the leading centre of excellence in social good, driving impactful change and fostering a more equitable and sustainable society.
Mission: As the university’s flagship centre of excellence, CESG is the hub and facilitator for social good at SUSS. Combining applied research, community and industry partnerships, as well as student and public engagements in Singapore and beyond, we aim to catalyse improvements in Social Mobility, Healthcare & Eldercare, Family Resilience, and Sustainability.
At Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), we lead pioneering research that directly addresses Singapore's most dynamic societal challenges. Our mission is to uncover innovative solutions for social impact, fostering a more equitable society and enhancing collective well-being. Our Collaborations
- SG Cares-SUSS MOU
- Following the signing of the MOU between SG Cares and SUSS, CESG embarked on producing training content for our SG Cares Volunteers Centres.
- Scouts-SUSS MOU
- On 19 February 2022, SUSS signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Singapore Scout Association (SSA) to empower youths with knowledge and values to champion causes for social good.
- RSM-SUSS MOU
- On 25 July 2023, SUSS signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with leading professional services firm RSM, to empower small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in embracing sustainability and integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices into their business models and operations.
