SG Cares Training
SG Cares Office, MCCY partners CESG to grow the capabilities of the People Sector in Singapore. The training workshops focus on developing the People sector’s capability through discussing changing social trends and equipping learners with the essential and emerging skills needed for the People sector to be future-ready.
SG Cares Consultancy
Through the SUSS-CESG Consultancy Programme, supported by SG Cares Office, for SG Cares Volunteer Centres (VCs), the programme aims to empower individual VCs and its associated Social Services Agencies (SSAs) in improving their performance. The consultancy areas offered include Data Analytics, Digital Marketing and Organisational Strategy.

What was the most rewarding about the course?
I found the Design Thinking for Social Innovation course incredibly valuable, offering practical tools and frameworks for ideating new volunteer engagement models. The emphasis on empathy and continuous testing throughout the process was particularly helpful!
