Eligibility

Bidders are to fulfill the following critical criteria for their submissions to be further evaluated:

i. Bidders must not be disqualified from participating in SUSS tenders.

ii. Bidders must fulfil Government Supplier Registration (GSR) supply head EPU/CMP/10 with financial grade S7 ($5,000,000) & above, or equivalent.

iii. Bidders must have at least three (3) years of experience in conducting each of the services: Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), Secure Code Review (SCR), Host Configuration Review (HCR), Red Team services (RT), and Tabletop Exercises (TTX).

iv. Bidders must be a CREST‑accredited company, with security testing, red teaming and TTX personnel based in Singapore.

v. Bidders must be CSA Cybersecurity Services Regulation Office licensed Penetration Testing companies.

The Employer reserves the right to disqualify any Tenderer that is assessed to be financially inviable to undertake the Contract; or involved in any actual or threatened litigation or winding up proceeding, or a petition for or placed under judicial management.
