Eligibility

Bidders are to fulfill the following critical criteria for their submissions to be further evaluated:

i. Bidders shall not be debarred from participating in any SUSS Tenders.

ii. Bidders must attend the mandatory tender briefing.

iii. Bidders must possess the followings: Registration with Building Construction Authority (BCA) – C11 Signcraft Installation Workhead and from Financial Grade L1 and above.

iv. Bidders must have at least 1 relevant track record in providing integrated standalone digital kiosk and signage system to either commercial or IHL settings for the past 6 years (2020 – 2025), with project value of at least $300,000 and above per project.

The Employer reserves the right to disqualify any Tenderer that is assessed to be financially inviable to undertake the Contract; or involved in any actual or threatened litigation or winding up proceeding, or a petition for or placed under judicial management.
