Eligibility

Bidders are to fulfill the following critical criteria for their submissions to be further evaluated:

i. Bidders shall not be debarred from participating in any SUSS Tenders.

ii. Bidders must attend the mandatory tender briefing.

iii. Bidders must meet the requirements for registration with the Ministry of Finance under EPU/CMP/10 - Computer Related Hardware, Software, and Services with EPU S4 – up to $500K

iv. Bidders must hold a valid registration status or applied for registration with GRA and ensure that their registration status are to be valid at the time of evaluation and award of the Tender Offers.

v. Bidders must have the relevant BCA CRS registration certificate (ME04 Communication & Security Systems with financial grade L1 or above).

The Employer reserves the right to disqualify any Tenderer that is assessed to be financially inviable to undertake the Contract; or involved in any actual or threatened litigation or winding up proceeding, or a petition for or placed under judicial management.
