Eligibility

Bidders are to fulfill the following critical criteria for their submissions to be further evaluated:

i. Bidder shall not be debarred from participating in any SUSS Tenders.

ii. Bidder shall possess a Government Supplier Registration (GSR) under EPU/SER/33 (Service - Survey) with Financial Grade S4 (S$500,000) and above, or demonstrate equivalent financial capacity.

The Employer reserves the right to disqualify any Tenderer that is assessed to be financially inviable to undertake the Contract; or involved in any actual or threatened litigation or winding up proceeding, or a petition for or placed under judicial management.
