Eligibility

Bidders are to fulfill the following critical criteria for their submissions to be further evaluated:

i. Bidder shall not be debarred from participating in any SUSS Tenders.

ii. The Tender Offer shall comply fully with the Form of Tender and Schedules to Form of Tender. 

iii. The Bidder must be registered in Singapore with a valid ACRA Bizfile. 

iv. The Bidder is registered with Government Supplier Registration (GSR) under EPU/CMP/10 and/or EPU/SER/34 and has a financial grade of S6 or above.

 

The Employer reserves the right to disqualify any Tenderer that is assessed to be financially inviable to undertake the Contract; or involved in any actual or threatened litigation or winding up proceeding, or a petition for or placed under judicial management.
