Eligibility

Bidders are to fulfill the following critical criteria for their submissions to be further evaluated:

• Bidder must not be debarred on or after the closing date of the tender.
  
• The proposed venue (main hall) to have a minimum capacity of 1,500 seating.

The Employer reserves the right to disqualify any Tenderer that is assessed to be financially inviable to undertake the Contract; or involved in any actual or threatened litigation or winding up proceeding, or a petition for or placed under judicial management.
