For a seamless changeover, the records from your student portal will be transferred to the alumni portal where they will be securely managed either on-premise and/or cloud-based service within and outside of Singapore. Such data to be transferred includes your name, contact information, graduation details, and any other information you have previously shared with us. We understand the importance of your privacy and will exercise due diligence to ensure compliance with data protection legislation and the SUSS Personal Data Protection Notice.
If you do not wish for your personal data to be transferred, please complete and submit the withdrawal form by 30 August 2025. Click here to access the withdrawal form. Please be informed that by opting out, you will not have access to the alumni platform and its services as listed below:
- Events and Reunions: Stay updated on university/school/alumni events and reunions with ease.
- Lifelong Learning: Benefit from exclusive educational resources, new programmes and professional development courses.
- E-Services: Access all your academic records conveniently. Obtain transcripts and certification letters and update your personal particulars through a single streamlined procedure.
