Trainer Info

Mr Nawal Jaggi holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the Asian Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. He brings over 38 years of experience delivering major civil infrastructure, MRT, power, and industrial water-treatment projects across Singapore, the Middle East, and India. His expertise includes risk management, project planning, QA/QC, and contract administration on large-scale national developments such as DTSS2, Changi Airport Terminal 5 land-preparation works, and MRT projects.

Er Yap Tiem Yew is a Registered Professional Engineer, Chartered Engineer, and certified Project Management Professional, holding master’s degrees in civil engineering and business administration. With over 40 years of experience, he previously served as Group Director (Building & Infrastructure) at the Housing & Development Board, leading large multidisciplinary teams and overseeing public housing safety, maintainability, and major infrastructure and land-reclamation projects. He also provides consultancy in land reclamation, remediation, and engineering project management.

Ar Jonathan Lim is a Singapore-registered architect with over 12 years of experience in architecture, project management, and design management. He has delivered a range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects through his boutique architectural practice, specializing in design, authority submissions, contract administration, and project management. Ar Lim holds architecture degrees from the National University of Singapore and has received industry awards for design and entrepreneurship.


Course Completion requirements

  • Participants are required to achieve at least 75% attendance and pass any prescribed examinations/assessments or submit any course/project work (if any) under the course requirement.
  • Participants are required to complete all surveys and feedbacks related to the course.
  • The course fees are reviewed annually and may be revised. The University reserves the right to adjust the course fees without prior notice.
