Announcement

As announced in Budget 2022 by the Minister for Finance, the GST rate will be increase from :

(i) 7% to 8% with effect from 01 January 2023; and

(ii) 8% to 9% with effect from 01 January 2024.

In accordance with guidance provided by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS), the 9% GST will be applicable if payment is received by SUSS on or after 01 January 2024. Payments received by SUSS before this date will continue to be subjected to GST at the rate of 8%. Please refer to the table below for further clarifications on various payment scenarios. Please refer to https://www.iras.gov.sg/ for more information. 

 Payment Mode Payment can be treated as received before 01 Jan 2024 if:
Payment charged to credit card and OCBC Interest-Free Instalment Plan(FPP)Payment is charged to the credit card by 31 December 2023
Telegraphic transfer (TT)TT instruction is received by SUSS’s bank by 31 December 2023
AXS or Nets paymentPayment transaction takes place by 31 December 2023
Other electronic fund transfers where funds are transferred instantly such as PayNow, bank transferFunds are received by SUSS’s bank by 31 December 2023

 

Please note that online payment will not be available on 01 and 02 January 2024 due to GST rate change system enhancement.

ePayment

(In Student Portal, under E-Services > View Outstanding Invoice and Make ePayment)

  • eNETS – The participating banks are DBS, POSB, UOB, OCBC and Standard Chartered Bank. The daily transaction limit is subject to your personal limit set with the bank. Please contact your respective bank to increase your limit before payment.
  • eCredit Card – We accept VISA and MasterCard only. The transaction limit is subject to your available balance at the point of payment. Please check with your credit card issuing bank on your available balance before payment.

 

AXS Kiosks Island Wide, AXS m-Station or AXS e-Station

To make payment at an AXS Station,

  • Select 'Pay Others'
  • Select 'Student Services'
  • Select 'SUSS'
  • Select 'CET', 'Law', 'Part Time' or 'Full Time'

Please state PI number in 'Student ID or Account No' field, and invoice number in 'Remarks' field. For students with no PI number, please state the invoice number in 'Student ID or Account No' field and student name in "Remarks" field. Official receipts will be issued within 3 working days.

  • 0% Interest-Free Instalment Plan
    When you charge above S$500 to your OCBC VISA/MasterCard, you can apply for interest-free instalments of 6 or 12 months. Terms and conditions apply.

    0% Interest-Free Instalment Plan with OCBC VISA/MasterCard is only available for over-the-counter payment. For more information, please call OCBC at 1800 363 3333.

 

Bank Transfer

Please state your name, student PI number and invoice number in the description when making the bank transfer to SUSS. Official receipts will be issued within 3 working days. Please retain a copy of the image of the payment made for reference when required.
