Trainer Info
Mr Chow Miew Sek is an Associate Faculty, Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) – teaching in the BSc (Facilities Management) program under the School of Science & Technology. He obtained his Masters in Business Administration from Imperial College in 2001 and BSc (Hons) Estate Management in 1995 from University of Reading. He has over 20 years of teaching and professional experiences in real estate and facilities management. He has experiences in curriculum development and lecturing at diploma and bachelor's levels. He has completed the Green Mark Manager and Green Mark Facilities Management courses.
Mr Richard Chang Yee Chong is an experienced educator, trainer, and content developer with over two decades of professional and teaching experience in Facilities Management, Property and Real Estate, Workplace Safety and Health, and Strategic Asset Management. He has extensive involvement across higher education, polytechnic education, and adult continuing education, and has contributed to the development of nationally recognized academic and professional programmes in Singapore. He is actively engaged in curriculum and assessment design, as well as the delivery of industry-relevant training, with a strong emphasis on practical application, case-based learning, and alignment with Singapore’s regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Richard holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) in Estate Management from Heriot-Watt University. He is also a certified Workplace Safety and Health Officer.
Course Completion requirements
- Participants are required to achieve at least 75% attendance and pass any prescribed examinations/assessments or submit any course/project work (if any) under the course requirement.
- Participants are required to complete all surveys and feedbacks related to the course.
