Trainer Info

Dr Zuraimi Sultan is the Head of Facilities Management Program in the School of Science and Technology at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). He graduated from the National University of Singapore and was a staff scientist for two national agencies, National Research Council of Canada and National Environment Agency Singapore. Prior to joining SUSS, he was the Program Director for the University of California Berkeley research center in Singapore. Dr Sultan is a trained building scientist and environmental epidemiology and focusses research on building sustainability and occupants’ health, comfort and productivity. He has published more than a hundred peer reviewed journal articles, book chapters, standards and guidance documents.  He was a former member of American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and was the Chair for the ASHRAE Environmental Health Committee and Canada’s IAQ Solutions and Technologies. He is currently a member of Singapore International Facilities Management Association (SIFMA) and International Society of Indoor Air Quality & Climate (ISIAQ).

  • Participants are required to achieve at least 75% attendance and pass any prescribed examinations/assessments or submit any course/project work (if any) under the course requirement.
  • Participants are required to complete all surveys and feedbacks related to the course.
