Trainer Info
Mr Ravinder Singh is an experienced professional with over 24 years in Human Factors Engineering and project management within the defence and commercial sectors. He holds a Master of Science in Human Factors Engineering (Certificate of Excellence) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Nanyang Technological University. Ravinder has led multidisciplinary teams in complex projects, delivered postgraduate lectures at NUS, and holds certifications in Project Management, leadership, and advanced problem-solving, making him highly skilled in integrating ergonomics and user experience into strategic project delivery.
Ms June Lawan Tangsakul is a Human Factors Specialist and Design Researcher with over 15 years of experience in ergonomics, usability testing, and user-centered design, complemented by a strong engineering background. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Factors Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, and is Catalyst Coach certified (ICF Level 1). June has worked with global brands like Motorola, led strategic operations as a co-founder, and currently teaches at SUSS, bringing expertise in human-centered design, usability, and project management processes.
Course Completion requirements
- Participants are required to achieve at least 75% attendance and pass any prescribed examinations/assessments or submit any course/project work (if any) under the course requirement.
- Participants are required to complete all surveys and feedbacks related to the course.
